Provide compassionate physical therapy treatments under PT supervision and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and independence. Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and educating families on safe care strategies.
Candidates must hold a current Wisconsin Physical Therapist Assistant license and have graduated from an accredited associate degree program. Strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a professional, positive attitude are required for this role.
