The primary role involves providing one-on-one, in-home companionship and engagement support to an older adult in Blue Ridge Summit, ensuring they remain safe and connected. Responsibilities also include meal preparation, light housekeeping, and offering a supportive presence while the client's spouse handles most personal care.
Candidates must possess a valid Pennsylvania driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and have a reliable vehicle, along with living in Pennsylvania and being over 18 years old. An essential requirement is the ability to pass a background screening and match the client's playful, jokester personality with a warm, steady, and friendly style.
