This full-time night position involves performing various sleep studies such as polysomnograms, MWTs, MSLTs, and HSTs, along with scoring the studies and managing equipment downloads. The role also requires administering oxygen and positive airway pressure devices while recognizing and reporting at-risk events to physicians.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and have 3-5 years of demonstrated experience performing all Polysomnographic studies competently. Required certifications include RPSGT, RST, or CPGST, along with a current BLS from the American Heart Association.
45pm - 6:45am Performs polysomnograms MWTs, MSLTs, HSTs and downloading of equipment. Scores studies. Administers oxygen and nasal continuous positive airway pressure and employs ventilatory assist devices in accordance with established protocols. Recognizes at risk events and notifies appropriate physicians.
