The role involves providing rewarding work by helping individuals grow, learn, and live well, while developing meaningful relationships with them. Responsibilities include supporting participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, as well as assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and have held a valid Driver’s License for at least one year post-permit with a clean driving record meeting insurability policy standards. Essential personal attributes include being compassionate, patient, reliable, and responsible.
