The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing preventive care. Responsibilities also include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and educating patients on wellness and healthy lifestyle choices.
Candidates must possess a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in West Virginia, with a preference for 7 or more years of experience in Family Medicine. Strong interpersonal and clinical skills, along with a dedication to community-focused care, are essential qualifications.
