This role supports test development and validation across various laboratory sections, including molecular pathology, genomics, chemistry, and microbiology, while serving as a technical resource to internal staff and external entities. Responsibilities also include developing policies, reviewing technical work, solving complex technical problems, and developing teaching protocols.
A Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in a related field is required, along with specific years of directly related work experience corresponding to the degree level (e.g., four years with a Bachelor's). Candidates must possess knowledge of laboratory sciences, regulatory requirements, and the ability to conduct complex analysis and communicate effectively.

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $80.95 - $91.18 per hour The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
