The primary responsibilities involve providing direct personal attendant care to elderly clients, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and meal preparation. Duties also include offering companionship, medication reminders, and driving clients to necessary errands or appointments.
Candidates must possess a Homecare Aide Certification (HCA) from the CA State, which includes FBI background checks, and must have a recent TB Test within 90 days of starting. Applicants must also be legally authorized to work in the USA, have the physical capability to perform all job functions, and possess a safe driving record with valid insurance if driving clients.
