The technician will facilitate the timely and accurate release of medical records to third parties and clients while ensuring medical record quality, completeness, and accuracy through auditing and deficiency tracking. This role also involves serving as a subject matter expert on confidentiality and release of information practices for staff and clients.
Candidates must have completed an associate-level Health Information Technician program or possess equivalent experience, along with a minimum of two years in a medical office or related role. Required skills include strong data entry (50 wpm typing), proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems, and solid knowledge of medical records policies and confidentiality standards.

The Health Information team plays a critical role in supporting clinicians, clients, and external partners across the organization.
As a Health Information Technician II, you will provide advanced, detail-oriented health information services, serving as a subject matter expert in confidentiality and release of information. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, quality-focused, and experienced in managing medical records within a regulated healthcare environment.
Location: Hybrid with office location in Englewood
$22 - $25
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the allhealth network hiring salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the allhealth network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of allhealth networks’ total compensation package for employees.
