The Physical Therapist will provide outpatient rehabilitation services, primarily for patients with neurological injuries, as part of an interdisciplinary team of PT, OT, and SLPs. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients/families and managing caseloads and documentation according to department guidelines.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in physical therapy and be licensed by the State of Florida as a Physical Therapist, with a minimum of 1 year of experience required. Board certification in Neurologic PT is mandatory or commitment to achieve it within two years of hire, and vestibular rehab experience is preferred.
Demonstrate competency in all clinical knowledge and skills specific to the patient population In collaboration with patient and /or family members, develops individualized treatment plans for each patient Collaborate within Interdisciplinarity teams to optimize patient care Manges patient caseload and Documentation to department guidelines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Performs all other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy, Licensure by the State of Florida as a Physical Therapist. Minimum 1 years’ experience required Must be Board certified in Neurologic PT or commit to take certification exam within 2 years of hire. Vestibular rehab experience preferred
