Provide direct intensive community crisis stabilization and prevention supports to individuals with behavioral health diagnoses. Coordinate services and resources among providers to help clients participate optimally in the community.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in special education, social work, psychology, or a related human services field. Must hold current registration as a QMHP with the Virginia Board of Counseling.
The Community Support Professional, provides direct intensive community crisis stabilization and prevention supports to individuals diagnosed with behavioral health diagnoses served by the REACH program. Also assists with the development of and staff training in individualized behavior support plans. Works as part of the REACH team to ensure services and resources are coordinated among providers as needed to help individuals served live and participate optimally in the community.

Starting Salary: $48,750-Depending on Experience
