Provide expert pediatric intensive care through clinical assessment, planning, and implementation of care for children and families. Participate in shared governance, professional development, and performance improvement activities within a Magnet-recognized academic center.
Requires a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a BSN required within 5 years of hire and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Must hold a valid Virginia Registered Nurse license and AHA BLS certification.
