The primary responsibility is providing exceptional care for seniors in a comfortable, homelike environment during the night shift. This involves enriching the lives of residents while fostering a family-like atmosphere within the care staff and community.
Candidates must possess a high school degree or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, requiring them to pass a criminal background check. Prior experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is beneficial but not mandatory.
