The Registered Nurse will coordinate patient care according to the physician's treatment plan, which includes performing all necessary OASIS documentation for home care patients during admission, transfer, re-certification, resumption of care, and discharge. They will also participate in discharge planning and prepare progress notes following patient visits.
Candidates must possess a nursing degree from an accredited program and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida, along with current CPR certification (online certification is not accepted). A minimum of one year of experience in a home health agency or hospital setting is required, alongside adherence to federal, state, and accreditation regulations like Medicare and Medicaid.
