The assistant will engage residents in daily programming and entertainment, assisting the Director in creating activities tailored to individual resident needs. Responsibilities include developing programs, setting up materials, assisting with outings, tracking participation, and communicating engagement levels for personalized care plans.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate familiarity with Alzheimer's/Dementia, along with a willingness to work with the elderly population. The ability to drive the community bus or van is considered a plus.
The Life Enrichment Assistant / Activities Assistant will engage residents in daily programming and entertainment. Assists the Director in the creation of activities designed to meet the individualized needs of our residents. Familiarity with Alzheimer's/Dementia, and a willingness to work with the elderly population is essential for this role.
