Position: Surgical Technologist Location: Thayer Center for Health, Waterville Schedule: Part-time (32 hours/week) Shift: Days (M-F) **An early acceptance incentive of $4000 awaits qualified new graduate Surgical Technologist candidates*
Candidates are encouraged to apply at least 6 weeks before their graduation date; however, some exceptions may be made based on program needs and timing. Offer letters should be signed within 1 week of receipt. The incentive is paid in full in your first paycheck as a Surgical Technologist. What You'll Do: Prepares surgical operating suite with drapes, solutions, instruments, equipment, and supplies. Ensures good working order of equipment and instruments. Assists with preparing, transporting, positioning, and draping patients. Passes instruments to the physician during surgery. Continually accounts for the number and location of instruments and supplies during surgery. Receives and processes specimens for delivery to the laboratory.
