The Speech Therapist will meet with new patients to assess their speech needs and develop personalized treatment plans, including setting short and long-term goals. Responsibilities also include assisting in treatment implementation, adjusting plans as needed, and maintaining excellent records of patient care and outcomes.
Candidates must possess an active state license for practicing speech therapy and demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and excellent organizational skills. Required technical skills include strong charting, documentation abilities, and familiarity with basic computer programs like the Microsoft Office suite.
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, licensed Speech Therapist to join our team! As a Speech Therapist, you will be meeting with new patients, assessing their speech needs, and creating personalized treatment plans to help them reach their goals. You will also be documenting all patient care, observing and participating in treatment, and adjusting goals and milestones as needed for the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of speech pathology, is able to provide compassionate care to every patient, and has excellent organizational skills.
