Nurse Practitioner - Gastroenterology

• Michigan City Woodland Medical Center 8865 W 400 N Michigan City, Indiana 46360 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner Gastroenterologist to join a busy, established practice at FPN Woodland Health Center located in Michigan City, Indiana.
• Interested candidate will provide services for Gastroenterology patients in conjunction with a large group that combines primary and specialty physician offices.
• WHAT WE NEED: Ideal candidate will have past or present gastroenterology experience, strong focus on clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction.
• Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff.
• Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
• WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• No call expectation Average outpatient volume: 20 - 25 patients per day Telehealth visits offered Outreach locations – office hours in Michigan City and Valparaiso.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree Required Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required Basic Life Support Program (BLS)
