This full-time role involves providing medical nutrition therapy to metabolic patients from birth through adulthood, working closely with the genetics medical team on intervention, education, and follow-up. The Registered Dietitian will care for metabolic patients during hospital admission and provide close outpatient follow-up, involving nutrition support.
Candidates must be a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or eligible for the CDR exam, and must be licensed or willing to obtain licensure in the state of practice. Experience in healthcare is preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

At this level one trauma center, dietitians play an integral role on multidisciplinary teams in many specialty areas, both in the 675 bed inpatient setting, as well as in over 35 outpatient clinics. RDs participate in research and quality improvement projects, host dietetic interns, and are supported in pursuing leadership and community service experiences.
