Therapists provide behavioral health services, including counseling and person-centered treatment planning using evidence-based practices to enhance client life functioning. Key duties involve assessing client problems, developing measurable treatment plans, suggesting behavioral resolutions, initiating referrals, and monitoring progress.
Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, along with the required license or eligibility for licensure. A valid driver’s license, vehicle, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening are mandatory.
Position is at Crosswinds Center, a crisis stabilization and detox center in Maxwelton, WV.

Valid driver’s license and vehicle required. Must pass a criminal background check and employment fitness determination through wvcares and a drug screen.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with person-centered approach. Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism. Demonstrated knowledge of computer skills required.
