Case Managers administer evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment strategies, and provide targeted case management to ensure clients access needed services and resources. They also provide supportive behavioral health counseling, with essential functions varying based on assignment area.
A Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service field is required, along with a valid driver's license and vehicle, and the ability to pass background checks and a drug screen. Experience in behavioral health or substance use disorders, and a West Virginia Social Work License are preferred.
