Nurses are responsible for treating patients according to the active plan of care, administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion. They must also thoroughly document all activities, assessments, and coordinate care, while educating patients and families on disease processes and self-care techniques.
A current Texas Nursing License is required, along with an active nursing license in good standing, and preferably six months of recent experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting. Candidates should also possess skills in attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, and effective communication.
Why MGA Homecare? Competitive Compensation ranging from $34 to $41 per hour for RNs. $24 to $32 per hour for LVNs. Compensation is dependent on experience, tenure, and number of hours worked. The bottom range indicates little to no experience, while working 30 hours per week. The top range indicates highly skilled and experienced clinicians surpassing full-time minimum requirement of 30 hours completed weekly.
