Provide skilled occupational therapy for pediatric patients in their homes and community settings. Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
Requires an active Colorado Occupational Therapist license and a degree from an accredited therapy program. Candidates must also possess a BLS CPR certification and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
