The physician will join the Primary Care team to provide care for patients 18 years of age and older, focusing on chronic disease management, wellness checks, and routine screenings within a quality-focused model seeing an average of 18-22 patients daily. Responsibilities include collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team and utilizing dedicated support staff to focus on practicing at the full scope of their license.
Candidates must hold an M.D., D.O., or M.B.B.S degree and be board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine, along with holding an active, unrestricted CA medical license and a valid DEA license. A minimum of 1-3 years of primary care experience and active BLS certification are also required.

Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
