The role involves providing empathetic chair-side support to providers, managing patient flow, taking and processing X-rays, and maintaining accurate records and sterilized operatories. Key duties also include tracking lab cases, entering treatment plans, presenting simple plans to patients, and collecting chairside payments.
Candidates must possess a Dental Assisting Certification (state of TN) from an accredited school and have X-ray Certification, or the ability to obtain it promptly. Preferred qualifications include Coronal Polishing and Nitrous Oxide certification, alongside a compassionate demeanor and a strong commitment to teamwork and patient care.
