Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Speech and Language Therapy, at least one year of Speech Therapy experience, and hold the required State Licensing Board Speech Pathologist certification and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). A valid Driver's License, auto insurance, and CPR certification are also mandatory, with home health experience being preferred.
