The Medical Assistant will support healthcare providers during patient examinations and treatments, which includes recording medical histories, vital signs, and administering medications or injections as directed. Key duties also involve preparing examination rooms, performing basic lab tests, managing patient flow, and providing patient education.
Candidates must have completed an accredited Medical Assistant program, and current certification or registration is preferred. Essential requirements include strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to multitask in a busy setting, and proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

This position involves travel between clinic locations.

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program. Current certification or registration as a Medical Assistant preferred. Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment. Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and treatments. Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and other relevant information. Prepare examination rooms and ensure cleanliness and proper setup. Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers. Perform basic laboratory tests and handle specimen collection. Schedule patient appointments and manage patient flow. Provide patient education and instructions on treatment plans and procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
