The Universal Worker/CNA is responsible for providing high-quality and safe personal care assistance to senior living tenants, including help with daily living activities, medication observation, and recording vital signs. This role also involves performing essential support tasks such as housekeeping, laundry, and planning/assisting with life enrichment activities.
Candidates must possess a current North Dakota CNA license or be able to obtain one, along with a current ND MA I license or the ability to obtain it. Additionally, applicants must pass Eventide’s Home Health Aide competency training and test and be in good standing on all nursing assistant registries.
Eventide Heartland Courts Senior Living in Devils Lake is currently seeking a Part-Time Universal Worker/CNA to work the overnight shift (10 pm-6:30 am). This is a 16-hour per pay period position, every other weekend rotation as well as a holiday rotation.

The Universal Worker/CNA provides high-quality and safe personal care assistance to senior living tenants that is consistent with the current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations as well as the philosophy, policies, and procedures of Eventide. The Universal Worker/CNA will also perform housekeeping, laundry, and planning and life enrichment activities as needed.
