The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide high-quality direct patient care, including assistance with personal hygiene, feeding, hydration, and mobility for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role also involves coordinating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Candidates must have completed a CNA training program and possess a minimum of 1-3 years of experience, preferably supporting adults with developmental disabilities, along with current CPR certification. Essential requirements include strong basic patient care knowledge, excellent communication skills, and possessing reliable transportation to travel to various service locations.
