Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Employees will ensure independence for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assisting with daily tasks, personal care including showering and hygiene, and monitoring medication. They will also support community integration through recreational activities and maintain positive relationships with external agencies and parents.

Applicants must possess a friendly and helpful attitude, be willing to learn new tasks like personal care assistance, and meet strict driving requirements including a valid license, two years of driving experience, and registered vehicle with insurance. Passing a LiveScan fingerprint clearance and the ability to lift 50lbs are also mandatory.
