This Advanced Practice Provider will manage a primary caseload of critically-ill neonates and infants, functioning both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities include attending high-risk deliveries in the delivery room as needed.
Applicants must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to function effectively in both interprofessional teams and as an independent provider. Specific licensure and certification requirements apply based on whether the role is filled by a PNP (Delaware/compact state licensure, DEA, Peds NP Certification) or PA-C (Delaware/compact state licensure, NCCPA Certification, DEA).
Nemours Children’s Health- Delaware Valley is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for the Bayhealth Kent Hospital NICU in Dover, DE! This Advanced Practice Provider will function in both an independent and expanded collaborative role by planning and providing comprehensive, complete management of a primary caseload of critically-ill neonates/infants and their families. This position includes attendance in the delivery room for high-risk deliveries and as needed upon request.

Excellent written, phone, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
