Responsibilities also cover monitoring and documenting the physical and mental condition of tenants and reporting significant changes.
Candidates must be caring, reliable, and enjoy working with the elderly, while also demonstrating an appreciation for Jewish traditions and understanding the aging process. Applicants must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Levy Gardens Assisted Living is currently an LPN to work part-time per diem. We offer an excellent work environment, pay, and benefits.
include but are not limited to: Provide quality tenant care in accordance with assisted living philosophy. Assist with tenant assessments, screenings, medication assistance and administration, and care plan updates as assigned. Monitor and document tenants’ physical and mental condition and report significant changes to appropriate parties. Perform evaluations as needed based on tenant condition or assignment. Demonstrate appreciation of Jewish traditions and understanding of the aging process. Provide support to the Director and team as needed during scheduled or on-call shifts. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and organizational policies.
