QMA - Qualified Medication Aide

As a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA), you will provide basic care to patients, assist them with daily activities, and administer medications while accurately recording related documentation. You are also responsible for monitoring patients for changes and promptly reporting these observations to the nursing team.

Applicants must be certified in the State of Indiana and have successfully completed the required Resident Care Assistant, Medication Assistant Training, the 60-hour Qualified Medication Assistant course, and the 40-hour practicum, passing the necessary exam. Proven experience as a resident care assistant is required, with long-term care experience being preferred.
