The Medication Aide will follow resident service plans by passing medications per physician orders and documenting daily tasks and observed changes in resident conditions. This role also involves communicating resident needs, participating in meal service, and managing supervised staff during working hours.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, along with required certifications including Certified Nurse's Aide and Certified Medication Aide or Medication Administration Technician. A minimum of one year in a caregiving role and six months of supervisory experience in a health-related field are necessary.

We’re seeking an ACMA, CNA/MAT, or CMA to provide medication management and support Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) for residents in Assisted Living community. In this role, you’ll deliver care in accordance with resident service plans, communicate with medical professionals and families, and ensure residents’ safety and well-being while supporting regulatory compliance.
