The therapist will deliver intensive home-based treatment services focused on empowering youth and caregivers to develop coping mechanisms, aiming to prevent out-of-home placement or facilitate successful transitions home. Key duties include acting as the clinical lead for cases, developing and coordinating treatment plans, and implementing best practice treatment models.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Work (LSW) or a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy with an associated dependent license (LSW, LPC, or LMFT). Applicants are also required to hold or be willing to obtain a Certified CANS Assessor credential, maintain specific auto insurance, and have reliable transportation.
