Licensed Practical Nurses are responsible for maintaining clinical competency through integrated nursing knowledge, skills, leadership, and communication, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, planning, and implementing patient care. They must organize and prioritize workflow effectively to meet patient needs while adhering to current nursing standards and regulations.
Candidates must possess an active Tennessee LPN/RN Nursing License, and the facility also welcomes Graduates Nurses (GNs) and Graduate Practical Nurses (GPNs). A strong commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care is essential for this role.
