The LPN will maintain clinical competency by utilizing integrated nursing knowledge, skills, leadership, and communication, applying the nursing process for assessment, planning, and implementing patient care. Responsibilities also include organizing workflow to meet patient needs effectively while adhering to current nursing standards and regulations.
Candidates must possess an active Tennessee LPN/RN Nursing License and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care. The role requires utilizing problem-solving skills to foster continuous quality improvement and exhibiting positivity and teamwork in all care aspects.
