The physician will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, splitting time equally between Pulmonary and Critical Care duties, involving a mix of inpatient and outpatient care. Responsibilities also include academic opportunities by working with Internal Medicine Residents and medical students in an Open ICU setting.
Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree from an accredited institution to qualify for this full-time position. The role requires managing an average daily patient volume of 15-20 inpatients and 12-15 outpatients.
Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital. Pulmonary and Critical Care. Mix of Inpatient and Outpatient – 50% Pulmonary and 50% Critical Care. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM with at least 1-2 weekends a month. Academic Opportunity – opportunity to work with Internal Medicine Residency, US and Foreign Medical Students. 18 ICU beds / Open ICU. Average Daily Patient Volume: Inpatient 15-20 patients; Outpatient 12-15 patients. Starting with a base salary of $350,000.00 (negotiable) with Productivity Bonus based on collections. Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Reimbursement will be given. The position is in Victorville, CA – around 45 minutes away from Rancho Cucamonga, CA & Ontario, CA.
