The Clerical Specialist will perform essential administrative tasks including client check-in and check-out, scheduling appointments, and managing fee updates. They will also provide receptionist support and maintain office equipment to ensure smooth operations for the behavioral health team.
Candidates must possess strong computer knowledge, typing skills, and proficiency with office equipment. Familiarity with the NextGen computer program and professional telephone etiquette is required for this role.
Position: Part-Time Clerical Specialist
