The Med Tech is responsible for monitoring resident health and well-being, providing leadership support, and assisting with resident care and services. Duties include medication administration, communicating with support services and families, and maintaining clinical quality assurance.
Applicants must be a certified Medication Aide or meet state requirements for the role, with a preference for at least one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals. Demonstrated leadership capabilities and knowledge of Assisted Living, Dementia care, or Skilled Nursing are preferred.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION Med Tech / Certified Medication Aide Must be certified Medication Aide and/or meet the state requirements for medication aide A minimum of one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals, preferred Must have demonstrated Leadership capabilities Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing, preferred Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours, available to our customers at peak service delivery days and times
