This role involves performing patient follow-up, primarily evaluating patient adherence to physician orders and providing necessary patient education as part of the care activity. Responsibilities also include maintaining current knowledge of enteral home care techniques and managing necessary paperwork for insurance and payment.
Candidates must be able to read and interpret complex documents, solve practical problems with limited standardization, and interpret various instructions. Preferred qualifications include one year of experience in home health care, hospital, clinic, or nursing home, along with experience or education in Dietetics, Nutrition, Home Health, or Nursing.
This employee performs patient followup, generally responsible for the evaluation of patient adherence to physician orders.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
