The Registered Nurse is accountable for the management and delivery of patient care to assigned patients in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, acting as the leader of that team under the direction of the attending physician. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, delegating tasks appropriately, and participating in identifying desired patient outcomes based on ongoing assessments.
Candidates must have graduated from a Registered Professional Nursing Program and possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred, with new hires required to complete it within five years unless they have 20+ years of experience.
The expected base rate for this Glens Falls, New York, United States-based position is $35.50 to $60.24 per hour. Exact rate is determined on a case-by-case basis commensurate with experience level, as well as education and certifications pertaining to each position which may be above the listed job requirements.
