This position facilitates patient transfers from other facilities to Saint Francis Medical Center.
Will work with other areas within the Medical Center to assure proper staffing is maintained based on current and known future census.
Will work with nursing staff to assist in identifying potential delays on patients expected to be discharged.
Will provide quality reporting to leadership.
They evaluate processes, tracks, documents and coordinates patient transfers for the successful referral and transfer of patients to the facility.

Experience
