The technologist will review physician orders, assist with complex special procedures, and position patients to achieve high-quality images. Responsibilities also include explaining procedures, documenting patient history, and maintaining sterile procedure room setups.
Candidates must possess an Associate's degree in radiologic technology and current ARRT Certification, along with 2–4 years of special procedures experience in a hospital or clinical setting. Required knowledge includes routine fluoroscopy, examination protocols, sterile technique, and adherence to safety regulations.
