The Home Health Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, directs, and administers prescribed physical therapy treatments while adhering to regulations and guidelines. They are responsible for delegating tasks, supervising assistants, and using prescribed treatments to restore patient function and prevent disability.
Candidates must possess a current Physical Therapy License in the state of practice and have at least 2 years of PT experience, along with the ability and desire to work independently. A valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card, current CPR Certification, and proof of a negative TB Test are also mandatory.

Compensation: $75-$100 per visit

They delegate tasks, supervise assistants, and use prescribed treatments to restore function, prevent disability, and help patients achieve their maximum performance within their capabilities.
