Job Summary As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Aegis Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional home health and end-of-life care to our patients.
• As a Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care.
• As a CNA Caregiver, you will assist patients by providing personal care such as grooming and bathing, especially for those with limited mobility.
• You will support patients in eating, monitor and report vital signs and any notable patient behaviors to the medical team.
• Additionally, you will aid in patient mobility, including transfers between wheelchairs and beds, and routinely adjust patients' positioning in bed to prevent bedsores and enhance comfort.

• Desired Skills & Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice Home Health and/or Hospice experience as a CNA preferred Ability to utilize a full range of movement to transfer patients Effective verbal & written communication & time management skills Valid Driver's License (clean record) & reliable transportation.
