The Speech Language Pathology Assistant will support Speech Language Pathologists by implementing individualized therapy plans for pediatric clients in their homes to improve speech, language, and communication skills. This includes monitoring patient progress, teaching communication techniques to families, maintaining detailed session documentation, and collaborating with the care team.
Candidates must be a licensed Speech Language Pathology Assistant in Texas, with experience in pediatric home health or a related field being preferred. Essential requirements include strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with children and families, proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) documentation, and the ability to adapt treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
We are seeking a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide in-home, patient-centered therapy to pediatric clients You will support SLPs in helping children improve speech, language, and communication skills through engaging interventions. Scheduling Options: Part-time: under 24 visits per week Full-time: 25+ visits per week Key Responsibilities: Assist in implementing individualized therapy plans.
