The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients in their homes to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring function and mobility. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and provide education to patients and caregivers to ensure safety and optimal recovery outcomes.
Candidates must hold an active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas and possess a graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy. Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings is preferred, along with strong communication skills and professional liability insurance.
