The role involves developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients, providing family-centered care, and delivering acute care rehabilitation services in a hospital setting to improve patient mobility and function. Responsibilities also include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, supervising PTAs, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Candidates must possess a degree in Physical Therapy and maintain required state licensure and CPR/BLS certification. Ideal candidates should have outpatient physical therapy experience and demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

We have a unique full-time opportunity at Deaconess Henderson that combines pediatric outpatient care with acute/inpatient rehabilitation services. This role allows you to treat a diverse patient population while expanding your clinical skillset across settings — all within a supportive, collaborative team.
This position offers a split between Pediatric and Inpatient care, providing variety in your day and the opportunity to grow across multiple areas of practice. Experienced PTs and new graduates are encouraged to apply!
