This role involves performing various routine laboratory functions with precision and accuracy to support professional laboratory staff and facilitate production. The assistant will handle tasks requiring significant manual dexterity, such as using manual and automated pipettes and laboratory instruments.
Candidates must possess at least one year of full-time experience in a technical or clinical laboratory department and have basic knowledge of organizational policies. Essential physical requirements include the ability to stand for long periods and lift objects up to 25 pounds occasionally, alongside strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Laboratory Information Systems.

$17.20+ per hour; Employee may be eligible to receive shift differential of 10% for some or all hours worked on second shift and 15% for some or all hours worked on third shift. Additional details on shift differential will be provided if an offer is extended.
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
