• Nurse Aide Trainee- NAT, $6,000 Sign-On Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment).

• Join our next paid Nurse Aide Training class offered at Passavant Community in Zelienople, PA.
• You will begin your employment as a Caregiver for a period of at least 3 months in a full-time or part-time role.
• Following this initial phase, you will become eligible to participate in a comprehensive training program designed to prepare you for the state certification exam.
• The program includes five weeks of paid clinical and classroom instruction conducted during the daylight shift (6:45 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.), Monday through Thursday.
• On Fridays, trainees will report to their assigned home site, with hours varying as needed.
• Upon successful completion of the program, you will transition into either a full-time or part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) position.
• Please note that attendance throughout the training program is mandatory.

• Once the classroom training is completed, the NA Trainee provides assistance to professional nursing staff in the care of residents/patients through performance of routine direct and indirect resident/patient care activities, according to established policies and procedures.
